I can’t say enough good things about Clarence and his team. From the very beginning, I never felt judged or pressured. We were refinancing our home, and I also had some concerns about my credit. Instead of making me feel embarrassed, Clarence took the time to explain everything, answer all of my questions, and help me understand what was affecting my credit and what my options were.

He was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Every document, every loan scenario, and every step was explained in a way that actually made sense. I always felt like I knew what was happening and why.

If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares, takes the time to educate you, and treats you with respect, I highly recommend Clarence and his team. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable from start to finish.

My experience in using Clarence Ferguson for my refinance loan was everything I needed it to be. Clarence was a pleasure to work with; he listed to my needs and concerns and made sure that every one of them was taken care of. When asked by underwriting to supply additional information Clarence and Corey made sure I understood the requests, so I could respond with the best possible answers. The whole experience was great.

At the onset of the loan process Clarence advised me on how the process would roll out and what I would need to do for it to go smoothly, and with his advise and counsel, it went exactly as I had hoped it would.

Thank you to Clarence and the whole team that assisted him in getting this loan for me. It solved some serious issues in my life, and for that I am very grateful.
